“The starter involved opening a jar, anyone with a little upper body strength can do that.” Very good. And lemon curd and croissants is a fine, fine thing.
The colour schemes! The randomness! The worthiness! I was having flashbacks (and some parts of this barren world are still sparsely populated by versions of this if we are lucky ..).
We had a lovely little place here in Worthing called *Wine and Reason* where they paired decent wines with vegan tapas. Sadly couldn't last. Vegetarian might have given wider clientele. But yeah, we need more grown up experiences with proper food. Brighton's famous Food For Friends can be a bit pricey/precious. https://www.foodforfriends.com/.

Thanks young man.
The only things I missed from your restaurant were:
Aubergine
Tofu
Lasagna
Risotto
Lentils (of all sorts)
Stuffed things (of all sorts)
Vegan cheese and tofu eggs
Quinoa, quorn, quark and other things that start with Q
I was so disappointed 🤣
We really should have pulled our socks up 😜
I hope they’re macrame socks 🤞
Haha, obvs

The jar sterilisation tip is worth a subscription alone.
Haha, Beanbag Cafe moves amongst us.
Thank you Felicity.
You should have tried turning veggie in the late 1980s. I survived the PRE Beanbag years.
Oh the sheer joy
