Love that way of thinking. One of my favourite dishes of yours, when I could eat dairy, was the whipped baked potato? Can't remember the exact name but it was divine.

Thank you. It was a popular dish. Whipped jacket potato, some kind of cheese and I think inion rings on too. We should write about it in the next food Post. You have a good memory.

Yep, it had cheese and butter in it. I think. It was a popular choice for myself and my friends when we visited. Definitely it in the next post. It was a standout dish so easy to remember and I think I miss cheese :-)

Right, we’ll definitely do it on the next food edition. Yea, lactose doesn’t like me either. I can get away with matured cheeses but milk and cream 🤢

No I didn't know about the sweetcorn starch.

As for brulee/panacotta etc always a favourite. I've always fancied trying to make a tomato panacotta. That's as far as it's got😂

For sure….I’m thinking savoury rice pudding with veggies, flavoured with a pinch of cinnamon!

Ohhhh yea. Got me thinking. You could let it go cold and fry little rice balls or cakes. Almost arancini, but twisted. I like this game.

Really interesting run-through the thought process behind the dishes. You had me at Monster Munch. Hooray for Tricky Vicky!

There's a very good episode of People Just Do Nothing where Chabuddy G decides to market 'Peanut Dust' (the debris collected from the bottom of bags of nuts) and I am still waiting for that and Monster Munch Dust to hit the market and top my macaroni cheese soon.

That’s actually a smart idea. Yours that is.
